Locate resources that would benefit from images, diagrams, screenshots, demonstrations, or video. Media work can improve comprehension, presentation, and the usefulness of the page for both people and multimodal search experiences.
Indexability
Review the shared eligibility decision and recorded reasons. This helps teams align sitemaps, AI publications, RAG chunks, and content plans around the URLs that should represent the site.
Prioritize by business value
Export the findings to CSV and add the fields your workflow needs:
- traffic or conversion importance;
- commercial intent;
- topical priority;
- estimated effort;
- assigned owner;
- due date; and
- planned action.
