Professional Report Presentation

Cybermaps reports are built to be delivered.

Add your professional identity, select a presentation style, and transform a technical content inventory into a clear document that helps clients understand the opportunity and approve the next phase of work.

Presentation controls

Each HTML report can include:

  • prepared-by name;
  • prepared-by URL;
  • professional logo;
  • client-facing site name; and
  • Swiss, Minimal, Monochrome, Midnight, or Cyberbrand presentation.

The same completed run can also be exported as CSV for project management and JSON for automation or archival use.

A strong client-delivery workflow

  1. Complete the Content Intelligence run.
  2. Review thin-content, freshness, media, and indexability findings.
  3. Organize the highest-value opportunities into a recommended plan.
  4. Add the appropriate professional identity and client-facing site name.
  5. Select the theme that fits the audience.
  6. Export HTML for presentation and CSV for the working backlog.
  7. Run Cybermaps again after implementation to show resolved findings.

The HTML deliverable is optimized for browser viewing and printing, making it easy to save or share as a PDF through the browser’s print workflow.

Build a recurring service

Cybermaps supports a straightforward service cycle:

Audit → prioritize → optimize → compare → report

Use the first report to establish scope. Use focused exports to manage the work. Use the next completed run to demonstrate movement. Repeat on a schedule that matches the client and the publishing pace.

This turns content maintenance from an abstract recommendation into a visible, measurable professional program.
