Discovery Architecture

The Dashboard tab includes an 18-node HTML card grid generated by SVGMapper. It visualizes:

Root domain → robots.txt → three branches (Search Engine, AI Discovery, RSS)
All 14 AI endpoints organized by category (Content, Structured, Protocols, Policy)
Active/inactive states (green/grey dots, dashed connections for disabled paths)
Hover tooltips with endpoint descriptions
Cached for 24 hours, invalidated on settings change
