# Installation and troubleshooting help

Find setup guidance, diagnostics, and safe ways to prepare a CYBERMAPS support request.

## Start with the symptom

*   Missing sitemap: review [sitemap ownership](https://cybermaps.dev/docs/sitemaps/) and the actual public response.
*   Missing machine publication: review [AI Publishing](https://cybermaps.dev/docs/machine-publications/) and eligibility.
*   Works dynamically but not from disk: check [static delivery](https://cybermaps.dev/docs/static-file-engine/) and server routing.
*   Missing crawler records: requests served by a CDN or server may bypass WordPress.

## Prepare a useful report

Record the CYBERMAPS, WordPress, and PHP versions; the affected public URL; expected and actual behavior; and steps to reproduce. Use the plugin’s redacted support bundle where available. Review the bundle before sharing. Keep full configuration backups and credentials private.

## Release status

The WordPress.org release is pending. Installation and directory support links will be enabled when the verified listing is available.
